Description

Renovate first floor to accommodate a new check-in desk, guest lounge, coffee bar, storage room and lobby. Areas to be renovated include the entrance vestibule, elevator lobby and area through to the rear sunroom where the new check-in desk will be located. Renovate 3 rooms to accommodate a new employee breakroom, training room and guest business center. Replace exterior doors at Electrical Room 113. This contract action was awarded as a direct award through the 8(a) Program of the Small Business Association (SBA) to a qualified 8(a) small business.
