B760 Electrical Repair – Industry Day

Background
The USAF 377 MSG/PKC cordially invites interested vendors to an Industry Day for future requirement, B760 Electrical Repair. The objective of this effort is to install a new Government Furnished 2500kVA transformer on a new pad and refeed from an existing switch. This effort also includes design, furnishing and installation of a new Main Distribution Panel along with new underground conduit that feeds into the new 2500 kVA Transformer. Work Details
The project involves the design and construction services required to complete the project, including the installation of a new transformer, design and installation of a new Main Distribution Panel, and new underground conduit. The work also includes demolition, renovation, and construction tasks such as providing a precast pad for the transformer, engineering design, materials, and installation of primary conduit and conductors from existing switch to the new transformer, architectural demolition, civil demolition, electrical demolition, and architectural repairs. The Contractor shall provide all engineering design and furnish & install all identified work/requirements specified in this SOW.

Period of Performance
The project is expected to be completed in 2 Phases with Phase 1 projected to be completed in 120 calendar days and Phase 2 projected to be completed in 110 days. The overall completion of the project is anticipated within 220 calendar days of contract award.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Building 760 (B760) at Kirtland Air Force Base (KAFB) in New Mexico.
