B737-8MAX Differences Training

Background
The Headquarters Air Mobility Command (HQ AMC) Directorate of Air, Space, and Information Operations (A3) Aircrew Training Division (T) is seeking immediate, specialized flight training services for the Boeing 737-8 MAX (B737-8 MAX) aircraft.

The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive 'differences training' to qualify existing, experienced Air Force 737 pilots on the new B737-8 MAX airframe. This training is essential for the rapid fielding and safe operation of the aircraft.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide differences training at a Title 14 CFR Part 142 approved training center, which includes both academic classroom instruction and hands-on practice using a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)-certified high-fidelity Full Flight Simulator.

The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary facilities, simulator time, and certified instructors to ensure that aircrews are rapidly qualified. Performance objectives include ensuring that the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) receives no more than one validated student complaint concerning the quality of instruction during a training quarter. The contractor must also ensure that students receive emergency minor medical services as needed during their training.

Period of Performance
From the time of award until no later than October 31, 2026.

Place of Performance
Training shall be conducted at the contractor’s facility.

Bidder Requirements
The contractor must possess a training program approved under 14 CFR Part 142 applicable to the B737-8 MAX. Additionally, they must provide a FAA Certified Level D, Category IIIa capable and fully operational 737-8 MAX Full Flight Simulator. There are no specific security clearances or licenses mentioned; however, bidders should have relevant experience in providing similar flight training services.
