Background
The 628th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Charleston, SC is seeking capabilities packages from potential sources for planning purposes to construct a new Kennel for Military Working Dogs (Building B649-2) at Joint Base Charleston–Air Base, SC 29404-5021.

Work Details
Reconfigure the site plan to accommodate a new kennel facility and perform incidental related work. The new facility contains ten (10) pens and outdoor runs, a food preparation area, and a bath area.
Provide a relocated obedience course and a break area for military working dogs, reusing existing obedience course equipment. Install new water, firewater, electrical, and sewer service utilities to the new kennel building.
Complete all work as indicated in the contract documents and specifications, including incidental related work.

Bidder Requirements
Evidence of bonding capability of at least $5,000,000; evidence of recent (within the last three years) experience in similar work, including contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts, percentage and description of work self-performed, and customer points of contact.

All work shall be completed as indicated in the contract documents and specifications including incidental related work.
