Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Construction and Facilities Management, is issuing a justification for a limited source contract to Guidehouse, Inc. to provide continuous support for the Market Area Health Systems Optimization (MAHSO) initiative.

Work Details
The contract involves tasks such as Executive Briefing Support, Change Management, Strategic Communications, Program Management, IT Maintenance and Development, and Health Systems Planning Application Development.

An additional no-cost CLIN will ensure a smooth transition to a new contractor if necessary. These tasks support ongoing MAHSO BPA workstreams including Strategic Prioritization Implementation Planning, Facility Standardization Modernization, and Cost Range Modeling.
