Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on the prior contract 36F79718D0524-36C24825N0404 awarded to Veracyte for $96,960 (02/05/25–02/04/26). The prior award description is “AFIRMA GENOMIC SEQUENCING CLASSIFIER,” which aligns directly with the current requirement for Genomic Sequencing Classifier (GSC) testing for thyroid cancer patients, including quantitative 0–100 risk scoring and interpretation to support individualized treatment decisions. The current scope also references Afirma GSC’s role in detecting medullary thyroid cancer, suggesting the work is a continuation of the same genomic classifier testing service.
