B500 Multi Enclave Wiring Install for Sections 1H and 2E in accordance with the Statement of Work.

INTRODUCTION. This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the requirements for the Contractor to engineer, furnish, install and test (EFI&T) new and existing premise wiring in building 500 room 3C5 at Offutt AFB, NE. Newly installed premise wiring will support Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) and Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet). The SOW also defines requirements for the contractor to procure to 55 CYS/AT&T specifications and, upon arrival, engineer, furnish, install and test (EFI&T) new network switches for both NIPRNet and SIPRNet.

General Requirements. The Contractor shall provide all new install materials, transportation, labor, management, tools, and other incidentals necessary to meet the requirements as stated in this SOW. All materials provided shall be new and not refurbished. The Contractor will work with AT&T to determine what is deemed new install and preexisting install. All switches will be new and not refurbished. All materials will meet the Trade Act Agreement (TAA) compliance. The Contractor shall engineer, furnish, and install the infrastructure as defined herein.
