The Government requires a construction and repair service agreement to address water infiltration from roof inlet pipes at Spates Hall (Building 407) on Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, Fort Myer, VA. Background
The Government requires a construction and repair service agreement to address water infiltration from roof inlet pipes at Spates Hall (Building 407) on Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, Fort Myer, VA.

The primary objective is to repair five 3-inch to 6-inch roof drain lines using an in-place epoxy resin pipe-lining system. This is an emergency requirement intended to stop active water damage and prevent the imminent risk of mold growth within the facility.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
- Selective Demolition
- Architectural Work
- Plumbing Work

The contractor is responsible for all means, methods, supervision, and coordination to produce a quality finished product. The contractor must provide all equipment, material, and labor necessary to complete the scope of work. The pipe-lining repair requirement is not a drain line replacement project. The contractor will certify that submittals meet the requirements of the plans and specifications using Engineering Form (EF) 4025 Transmittal. All work shall meet or exceed the minimum of Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS) Division(s) 09-Finishes, 22-Plumbing, 33-Utilities, dated November 2025 or latest version thereof.

Period of Performance
The total contract and construction performance period is no more than 45 calendar days.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all applicable federal and District laws. Evidence of permits and licenses must be provided before work commences. The opportunity is set aside as '8(A) Sole Source (8AN)'. Contractors are required to have bonding and insurance as per standard requirements.
