Background
The 301ST Operational Contracting Flight at NAS Fort Worth, JRB, TX, intends to award a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract for a one-time requirement. This is a Proposed Contract Action for a commercial acquisition that will include Davis-Bacon Wage rates. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The project location is B1700, 301st Fighter Wing, NAS Fort Worth, JRB (Carswell AFB), TX. Work Details
The scope of work includes installing a drip edge on sections of the roof, replacing rusted out gutter and installing additional gutters at B1700 IAW with the Statement of Work (SOW) dated 14 November 2022. The selected Contractor shall provide all equipment, material, transportation, and labor necessary to perform roof and gutter repair as specified in the SOW. Work activities include installing drip edge on existing standing seam metal roof, installing color matched gutter along the bottom edge of roof slope, and replacing gutter along enlarged clerestory roof.
