B1603 Cleaning

Background
The project involves deep cleaning building 1603, 76 Arnold Street in compliance with National, Air Force, State, and local building codes and regulations as per the attached SOW.

Work Details
The work includes cleaning two-story building floors, providing pictures of rooms, floors, and windows to be cleaned, moving appliances and office furniture, cleaning various types of tiles (vinyl, rubber, ceramic), cleaning windows of approximately 34" X 78", defrosting refrigerators and freezers without removing food contents, cleaning carpet tiles and multiple assorted tables.
Additionally, the contractor is responsible for cleaning a roll-down window in the kitchen, but not for waxing the tile floors after cleaning, cleaning stained glass windows inside and out, or upholstery.
