Background
This is the pre-solicitation notice for B154/B155 repair fire suppression & ATS. The contract is issued by Travis Air Force Base, California, and aims to repair the fire suppression systems associated with buildings 154 and 155, as well as replace the air-compressor systems and electrical wires.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, and qualified labor necessary to design and repair the fire suppression systems associated with buildings 154 and 155 at Travis Air Force Base. The work includes providing 35%, 65%, and 100% design, labor, materials, and supervision to repair fire suppression systems. It also involves replacing air-compressors and connecting them to the building fire protection systems.
Additionally, the contractor must repair damaged electrical wires connected from the breaker to #3 hydraulic power unit for Simulator. The work must comply with various governing codes such as ASTM Standards, ANSI Standards, OSHA Regulations, UL Safety Standard, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Life Safety Code, International Building Code (IBC), NFPA 70 National Electric Code, NFPA 72 National Fire Alarm and Signaling Code, among others.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract shall be no longer than 180 calendar days.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Travis Air Force Base in California.
