B106 ACOUSTIC TEST FACILITY NSA PANAMA CITY FL

This procurement is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Design-build construction contract for the replacement of building 106 at Naval Support Activity (NSA) in Panama City, FL. Building 106 is an Acoustic Test Facility. For this procurement, the contractor will provide all supervision, labor, materials, andequipment to replace building 106 at NSA Panama City, Florida in accordance with the Design Build RFP Parts One through Six. In summary, this project includes 1. Removal of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing fixtures and equipment prior to demolition; 2. Building demolition of the exiting building 106 and associated site appurtenances (i.e., concrete foundations and underground utilities); 3.Preparation of the earth to structurally accept the structural loads of the new facility; and 4.Design and construction of the new building 106 according to the requirements set forth in the six-part design build RFP.
