Background
This project involves the design and construction services to repair the roof of Building 0001 at Kirtland Air Force Base, located at 3825 Edith Blvd NE, Albuquerque NM, 87107. The primary objective is to upgrade the existing roof to meet Kirtland AFB standards, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance. This project will follow a Design/Build (D/B) Statement of Work (SOW), necessitating collaboration between the General Contractor and licensed design professionals. Successfully completing this project will significantly enhance both the roofing integrity and operational capabilities of Building 0001 at Kirtland AFB.

The magnitude of this construction project is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide design and construction services for the roof repair of Building 0001. This includes upgrading the existing roof structure to comply with Kirtland AFB standards. The work will require adherence to regulatory compliance and operational efficiency enhancements. The contractor must collaborate with licensed design professionals as part of the Design/Build process outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
