Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking socioeconomic research and analysis services to support agency planning and management. The goal of this contract is to gather information on visitors and their contributions to in-park, regional, and agency-wide performance, aligning with the strategic goals outlined in NPS planning documents and compliance with relevant laws and policies.

Work Details
The contractor will provide socioeconomic research services that include but are not limited to: conducting studies and analyses related to economic impacts, visitor demographics, and behavior; developing reports that inform NPS management decisions; collaborating with NPS staff to ensure alignment with agency objectives; and delivering findings that can be utilized for strategic planning purposes.

The contract is structured as a Firm Fixed Price Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a ceiling of $30,000,000.00 over a five-year period consisting of one base year and four ordering periods.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from September 30, 2025, to August 31, 2030.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily be performed at the National Park Service's Environmental Quality Division located at 1201 Oak Ridge Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80525.
