Description

Technical Support for the Assessment of Pesticide Regulation Activities
Background
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a solicitation for Technical Support for the Assessment of Pesticide Regulation Activities. The contract is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) that allows for firm fixed-price and time-and-material task orders, with a maximum value not to exceed $36M. The period of performance for the contract is from July 12, 2022, to July 11, 2027.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide technical support for pesticide regulatory activities as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) included in Attachment 1. Work will be ordered through the issuance of task orders.

The contractor shall adhere to the procedures set forth in its Quality Assurance (QA) plan and provide and maintain an inspection system acceptable to EPA covering the services under this contract. The contractor shall also prepare and deliver reports, including plans, evaluations, studies, analyses, and manuals in accordance with issued task orders.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from July 12, 2022, to July 11, 2027.
