The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to provide technical assessment services for the abandoned uranium mines on and around the Navajo Nation.
The purpose of Amendment 2 is to implement OMB Guidance Regarding Executive Order 14042, dated O1 December 2021.

Background
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to provide technical assessment services for the abandoned uranium mines on and around the Navajo Nation. Amendment 2 implements OMB Guidance Regarding Executive Order 14042, dated O1 December 2021.

Work Details
The work includes providing technical assessment services for abandoned uranium mines on and around the Navajo Nation. The contractor shall furnish necessary personnel, material, equipment, services, and facilities to perform the Statement of Work included in Attachment A. Work will be ordered against the subject Statement of Work through issuance of Task Orders.

The Contractor shall adhere to the procedures set forth in its QA plan dated TBD which is incorporated by reference. The period of performance of this contract shall be from TBD through TBD exclusive of all required reports.
