Background
The McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (MCAAP) has a requirement for a B&P Littleford 18 PUMM Mixer (Brand Name or Equal) with Mixing Bowl, one additional 600-gallon Mixing Bowl, Spare Parts Package, and Field Services and Support Services. The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is issuing the combined synopsis/solicitation Request for Quote (RFQ) W519TC-23-Q-Mixer for the procurement of these items. The acquisition is issued as Brand Name or Equal and businesses of all sizes may compete. The delivery date is 30 Aug 2024.

Work Details
The specific products to be procured include: CLIN 0001: 1 Each – B&P Littleford Model 18 PUMM Vertical Mixer with Bowl and accessories – brand name or equal; CLIN 0002: 1 Each – Spare Mixing Bowl – 600 Gallon for B&P Littleford Model 18 PUMM Vertical Mixer – brand name or equal; CLIN 0003: 1 Lot – Spare Parts Package; CLIN 0004: 1 Lot – Field Service and Support. Contractors must provide a quote for each CLIN and the total dollar amount for all CLINs. They must also provide company information, documentation identifying the company’s ability to comply with all Salient Characteristics listed in Attachment 0001 and Spare Parts Package listed in Attachment 0002, product literature detailing the specifications of the offered item, and full text clauses at Attachment 0003.

The delivery date is set for 30 Aug 2024.

Delivery shall be FOB Destination To: McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, located at 1 C Tree Road, McAlester, OK 74501.
