Background
The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, is issuing this solicitation for the National Pollutant Elimination System (NPDES) Oil & Grease Analysis. The agency's mission includes managing water resources and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

The goal of this contract is to conduct sample analysis testing to monitor water quality as part of the NPDES program.

Work Details
The contractor will provide NPDES Sample Analysis Testing services under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a period of five years. The services include:
- Conducting sample analysis testing for oil and grease as per the specifications outlined in sections 4 and 5 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- The estimated quantity for analysis is 1,768 samples annually.
- Pricing must be inclusive of all items specified in the PWS.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from March 10, 2025, to March 9, 2030.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Bureau of Reclamation facilities located in Grand Coulee, Washington.
