NHLBI Trans-Omics for Precision Medicine (TOPMed)   12

Background
The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the NHLBI Trans-Omics for Precision Medicine (TOPMed) for the Centralized Omics Resource (CORE) 2.0. The objective of the contract is to acquire services to generate Omics data for studies selected by NHLBI for participation in TOPMed. Omics technologies include Large Scale WGS, DNA Methylation, RNA Sequencing, Metabolic Profiling, Single-cell Omics, and Novel Omics Technologies. These services will be applied to studies and cohorts selected for the TOPMed program to discover factors that influence disease risk, identify subtypes of disease, and develop more targeted and personalized treatments. The contract will cover the period from September 2023 through September 2033.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish all necessary services, qualified personnel, material, equipment, and facilities to perform the Statement of Work. The work includes generating Omics data for studies selected by NHLBI for participation in TOPMed using various Omics technologies such as Large Scale WGS, DNA Methylation, RNA Sequencing, Metabolic Profiling, Single-cell Omics, and Novel Omics Technologies. The Contractor is required to submit technical progress reports and other deliverables electronically and in hardcopy format. Additionally, the Contractor must comply with HHS Security and Privacy Language for Information and IT Procurements.
