The purpose of this modification is to update the attached pricing sheet, technical evaluation and address questions concerning the solicitation.

Work Details
The contract involves providing support for the National Hazardous Air Pollutants (N-HAP) program. The work includes analyzing various pollutants such as NMOC, VOCs, carbonyls, PM10 HAP Metals, SVOCs, PAH, PCB/Pesticides, anions, diisocyanates, and other hazardous substances using different methods such as TO-12, TO-15, TO-11A, IO-3.5, ASTM methods, and NIOSH methods.
The work also includes sample preparation and distribution, AQS data entry, report development/data characterization.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the base period is from 10/01/2022 to 09/30/2023. There are two option periods: Option Period 1 from 10/01/2023 to 09/30/2024 and Option Period 2 from 10/01/2024 to 09/30/2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations including OAR/OAQPS/CORE at the US Environmental Protection Agency in Durham NC and other locations as required.
