Filter Handling, Shipping, and Gravimetric Mass Analysis Support & Analytical L   2

Background
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking technical and price proposals in response to the solicitation for Filter Handling, Shipping, and Gravimetric Mass Analysis Support & Analytical Laboratory Support for the Chemical Speciation of PM Filter Samples. The EPA intends to issue a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a period of performance from 06/30/2022 to 06/30/2023 plus four option years. The contract will be awarded based on a best value basis.

Work Details
The contract includes two parts: Part 1 involves filter handling, shipping, and gravimetric mass analysis support, while Part 2 involves laboratory analysis support. The contractor is responsible for purchasing and lot acceptance testing of PTFE, nylon, and quartz filters, data validation through level 0 and level 1 data validation processes, monthly data reporting, quarterly metadata reports, preparation of quality assurance project plans (QAPP), and corrective action processes.
Additionally, the contractor must maintain accurate working files on all work documentation including calculations, assumptions, interpretations of regulations, sources of information, and other raw data required in the performance of this contract.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this requirement will be from 06/30/2022 to 06/30/2023 plus four option years.
