Establish an IDIQ for the Disability Analysis File   3

Background
The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to establish a single award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the development and construction of subsequent annual rounds of the Disability Analysis File (DAF) annual files for 2021-2025.
The goal is to support SSA's mission by enhancing data analysis capabilities.

Work Details
The contractor will implement the development and construction of the Disability Analysis File (DAF) annual files for 2021-2025, known as DAF21-DAF25.
Tasks include building the Disability Analysis File at the SSA facility or offsite using an SSA issued laptop through a secure network.
The contractor must provide all task order deliverables in electronic format, ensuring compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act Amendments of 1998.
Deliverables must be accurate, clear, and timely, including executive summaries and lists of acronyms.
The contractor will also redesign the DAF construction process to transition from a mainframe to cloud-server environment, produce updated 508 compliant versions of DAF documentation, and manage resources and deliverable timelines.

Period of Performance
The total period of performance will be approximately 66 months, including four 18-month overlapping task orders after the initial task order, with approximately six months overlap between each successive task order.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the SSA facility located in Washington DC or offsite using an SSA issued laptop through a secure network if approved.
