EPA: Environmental Services Assistance Team (ESAT)   2

Background
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 7 is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Environmental Services Assistance Team (ESAT). The purpose of this acquisition is to provide technical, analytical, and quality assurance support to various EPA programs including the Office of Air, RCRA Program, Office of Enforcement & Compliance Assistance, Office of Water, and Superfund Program.

This contract aims to facilitate the identification, assessment, regulation, and remediation of environmental hazards that may pose a threat to human health or the environment.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish necessary personnel, material, equipment, services, and facilities to perform the services included in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The task areas under this contract will include:
1. Analytical Support
2. Data Review
3. Analytical Logistical Support
4. Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Support
5. Other Task-Related Activities
6. External Regional Lab Analysis
7. Site and Remediation Access.

Work will be ordered against the PWS through issuance of task orders.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period from March 2, 2026 to March 1, 2027 with four additional option periods each lasting 12 months.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed in Region 7 which includes various locations as specified in task orders.
