EPA: Environmental Services Assistance Team (ESAT)   4

Background
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 6 is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Environmental Services Assistance Team (ESAT). The goal of this contract is to provide technical, analytical, and quality assurance support to various EPA programs, including the Office of Air, RCRA Program, Office of Enforcement & Compliance Assistance, Office of Water, and Superfund Program. This acquisition aims to facilitate the identification, assessment, regulation, and remediation of environmental hazards that may threaten human health or the environment.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing a variety of support services under the following task areas:

1) Analytical Support;
2) Data Review;
3) Analytical Logistical Support;
4) Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Support;
5) Other Task-Related Activities;
6) External Regional Lab Analysis.

The contractor must furnish necessary personnel, materials, equipment, services, and facilities to perform these tasks as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Work will be ordered through task orders issued against the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Period of Performance
The contract will include a base period from March 2, 2026 to March 1, 2027 and four option periods extending annually until March 1, 2031.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily be performed in Region 6 which includes Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma.
