Background
This solicitation is issued by the Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, specifically the Acquisition Management Division. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for a range of tasks including but not limited to: conducting environmental assessments, preparing Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), Environmental Assessments (EA), and other compliance documents; performing field surveys related to aquatic and terrestrial habitats; managing cultural resource investigations; providing technical expertise in areas such as hydrology, noise analysis, and air quality; ensuring compliance with NEPA regulations; and facilitating communication with stakeholders.

Key personnel must include a Program Manager, Project Manager, Principal Engineer, Senior Environmental Specialist, and various specialists in environmental science and cultural resources. The contractor must also ensure that all work complies with federal regulations and guidelines.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is anticipated to be five years from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The services will primarily be performed within the Central Pacific Northwest Region of the United States.
