Background
The project involves the conversion of Dock 81 to Fuel Cell Hangar B7242 at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. This project is part of a multi-year facilities beddown in support of the B-21 program at EAFB, SD. The estimated construction cost of this project is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.

Work Details
The scope of work includes construction of the B-21 Renovate Dock 81, sitework, utilities, and pavements, removal and disposal of contaminated soils and asbestos-containing materials, procurement and installation of FF&E, procurement, installation, commissioning, and cybersecurity of preconditioned air units, intrusion detection system (IDS), and access control system (ACS), procurement and installation of a fuel resistive resinous flooring system per specification 09 67 23.16 in lieu of a 3-Part Fuel Resistive Resinous Flooring System per specification 09 67 23.15.
The project will renovate approximately +/- 26,000 SF of an existing general maintenance hangar to a fuel systems maintenance dock hangar.

Period of Performance
The contract duration is 730 calendar days for award basic and option items. No contract duration extension will be provided upon award of any combination of option items.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota.
