The United States Air Force (USAF) contemplates issuing a Contract for the performance of electromagnetic pulse (EMP) evaluation testing of potential Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) that will be integrated onto the B-2 weapons system. This activity will be to perform B-2 EMP testing utilizing a damped-sinusoidal EMP simulator (PINS-600). Please see attached for further details.

**Please not that this Sources Sought was updated 13 Jan 21, removing the sentence "Minimum personnel security clearance requirements for this effort are SECRET".
