The Army Contracting Command Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA), intends to solicit, on a full and open competitive basis, the Army Watercraft Sustainment Maintenance OCONUS requirement. This effort consists of modifications, modernizations, and On-Condition Cyclic Maintenance (OCCM) efforts for the U.S. Army's fleet of vessels. The Government intends to award approximately 10 OCONUS Five Year Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. The estimated release date of RFP W56HZV-20-R-L806 is 16 March 2020.
