DESCRIPTION: NSWCPD intends to establish a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N6449825G1001 for repair and overhaul of Forced Draft Blowers. Services include, but are not limited to, repair and overhaul of Steam Propulsion Plant Elliot Model 44BH-2 Force Draft Blower (FDB) rotors (P/N P8405A101) and associated components. The estimated value of orders placed under this BOA is $11,809,854. The period of performance for this BOA is 8/25/2025 to 5 years thereafter. Orders will be placed on an as-needed basis via delivery order. This is NOT a solicitation; vendors should not submit proposals at this time. Interested parties may submit a capability statement demonstrating their experience and qualifications in providing repair and overhaul services to similar systems or components. The capability statement should be no more than 5 pages.
