Work Details
The contract involves providing two GA4360 SaaS solutions to support DAP and PX.

The services include maintaining custom code developed by Cardinal Path/Merkle, which has evolved over more than ten years to meet agency needs and industry changes.

Key tasks include:
1) Unifying disparate measurement needs into a centralized data schema for reporting;
2) Centralizing proprietary PII redaction/prevention;
3) Unifying search terms across agencies;
4) Allowing agencies to expand beyond automatically collected measurements while maintaining governance over the data schema.

The custom code supports over 8000 government websites and hundreds of agencies, ensuring streamlined Google Analytics implementation across various platforms. Additionally, it supports public-facing websites like USA.gov and Search.gov, which are critical for connecting Americans with government benefits.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance includes a 12-month base period following the expiration of the previous order on September 28, 2024.
