Description

Establish a follow-on contract to renew an online subscription for Springer and Springer Nature Journals. Contract type is firm-fixed for a one-year base period and two one-year option year periods. The contract was awarded non-competitively under one of the allowed exceptions to full and open competition allowed by 41 U.S.C. 3304 as promulgated by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302 - Only one responsible source, FAR 13.501, and 15 U.S.C. 637(m) as promulgated by FAR 19.1506.
