The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific, San Diego, CA award a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to Innovatus Technology Consulting (CAGE: 6NBH1), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business on 23 August 2022. The contract will provide continued software and system engineering, design, development, configuration, integration, testing and life-cycle support services that are needed to support the BMC Remedy Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Enterprise system, infrastructure, and supporting or enabling technologies, and related training, for the ITSM Solutions project, Code 53423, at Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific). The contract will have an eight-year period of performance spanning from the date of award through FY2030. Total CPFF is $20,395,546.50 inclusive of the three-year base period, a three-year option period, and a two-year option period thereafter.
