This is a special notice to inform that the Department of Housing Development (HUD) awarded contract number 86614924C00002 to CoStar Realty Information, Inc. on September 16, 2024 for $1,015,740.00 under FAR Part 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This contract is for a dynamic rental real estate data and analytics database that is adept at meeting the varied needs of multiple HUD staff engaged in housing market analysis, mortgage insurance applications, and FMR estimates. A Justification for Only One Responsible Source is attached.
