Description

The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center, Small Boat Product Line awarded a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) to Gravois Aluminum Boats, LLC dba Metal Shark on January 3, 2022 for the supply of genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Gravois Aluminum Boat parts to support the 24' Special Purpose Craft-Shallow Water (SPC-SW), 26' Trailerable Aids to Navigation Boat (TANB) and the 29' Gen II Response Boat Small (RBS).

This contract was awarded on a sole source basis under the Statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. Metal Shark is the only known and responsible source that can fulfill the requirement herein.
