Description

This serves as a notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 26,908 rentable square feet (RSF) of space yielding a minimum of 23,823 ANSI/BOMA (ABOA) office area using the sole source practices for a succeeding lease for the Defense Contract Audit Agency and the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency. A lease was awarded to Exeter 2250 W. John Carpenter, L.P. on November 9, 2021.

The commencement date of this lease shall be upon substantial completion and acceptance of the Government's improvements. The U.S. Government shall pay an annual rent of $824,730.20 at a rate of $68,727.52 per month for years 1-10. The lease term shall be 10 years firm.
