Description

This serves as a notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 10,000 rentable square feet (RSF) of space yielding a minimum of 8,696 ANSI/BOMA (ABOA) office area using the full and open competition practices for a new/replacing lease for the Drug Enforcement Administration. A lease was awarded to Midland DEA, LLC on December 2, 2021

The commencement date of this lease shall be upon substantial completion and acceptance of the Government's improvements. The U.S. Government shall pay an annual rent of $510,893.37 at a rate of $42,574.45 per month for years 1-15. The lease term shall be 15 years firm. The Lessor has offered free rent for the first four (4) months of the Lease.
