Description

This serves as a notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 11,500 rentable square feet (RSF) of space yielding a minimum of 10,000 ANSI/BOMA (ABOA) office area using the Other than Full and Open Competition practices for a succeeding lease for the U.S. Marshals Service. A lease was awarded to Auspay 1, LLC on January 27, 2022.

The commencement date of this lease shall be upon substantial completion and acceptance of the Government's improvements. The U.S. Government shall pay an annual rent of $298,885.00 at a rate of $24,907.08 per month for years 1-15. The lease term shall be 15 years long with all 15 years firm.
