This serves as a notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 20,350 rentable square feet (RSF) of space yielding a minimum of 18,500 ANSI/BOMA (ABOA) Flex, lab and warehouse space using the full and open competition practices for a new/replacing lease for the U.S. Geological Survey. A lease was awarded to University Corporate Park LLC on March 21, 2022.

The commencement date of this lease shall be upon substantial completion and acceptance of the Government's improvements. The U.S. Government shall pay an annual rent of $722,628.50 at a rate of $60,219.04 per month for years 1-15. The U.S. Governments shall pay an annual rent of $638,065.27 for a fully serviced lease at a rate of $53,172.11 per month for years 15-20. The lease term shall be 20 years long with 15 years firm. GSA may terminate this lease within 90 days of written notice to the lessor after the firm term.
