Description

This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 11,305 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 9,830 ANSI/BOMA office area square using the Full and Open Competition practices for a new lease for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. A lease was awarded to Avison Young on June 25, 2021.

The commencement date of this lease shall be upon substantiantial completion and acceptance of the Government's improvements. The U.S. Government shall pay an annual rent of $1,044,808.10 for a fully service lease at a rate of $87,067.34 per month for the entire lease term.
