Description

Establish a follow-on contract to renew a subscription for online access to the IOPscience Extra Packages (option year 1.) Contract type is firm-fixed with a one-year base period and three one-year option periods. The contract was awarded noncompetitively under one of the allowed exceptions to full and open competition allowed by 41 U.S.C. 3304 as promulgated by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302 - Only one responsible source.
