Description

Establish a follow-on contract to renew a subscription for online access to the American Chemical Society journals (option year 3.) Contract type is firm-fixed with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The contract was awarded non-competitively under one of the allowed exceptions to full and open competition in accordance with FAR 13.106(b) and with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302, as promulgated by 41 U.S.C. 3304.
