Description

Establish a follow-on contract to renew an online subscription for Springer and Springer Nature Journals (option year 2.) Contract type is firm-fixed for a one-year base period and two one-year option year periods. The contract was awarded noncompetitively under one of the allowed exceptions to full and open competition allowed by 41 U.S.C. 3304 as promulgated by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302 - Only one responsible source, FAR 13.501, and 15U.S.C. 637(m) as promulgated by FAR 19.1506.
