Description

The lack of competition is justified in accordance with FAR Part 13 procedures in that only one source
is reasonably available due to urgency and the critical nature of the circuit. As a result of the sole source
nature, the award decision included the vendor providing a complete quote for the require circuits and a
fair and reasonable price. OCIO found the quote to be acceptable meeting their needs and the CO
determined the Total Price of the Base and Option period to be fair and reasonable.
