Description

The Contracting Officer cites 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (5) as the authority for use of other than full and open competition for an 8a Sole Source Award. In coordination with the SBA, MICC - Fort Leavenworth offers a sole source ID-IQ Job Order Contract (JOC) to fulfill Sustainment Restoration and Modernization (SRM) requirements for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW). This Sole Source 8a award made under the DOD/SBA Partnership Agreement (PA) provided under the authority of DFARS Subpart 219.8 and clause 252.219-7009 for Section 8(a) Direct Award. The dollar limits governing this award are set under the authority of DFARS 219-808-1 (a) for Sole Source.
