Description

This Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), Cost Only, and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract action was awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." As the current AN/SPS-48 production contractor, L3Harris Technologies is the only company with the requisite expertise, knowledge, experience, and facilities to meet these requirements without unacceptable delays.
