Aviation Training System Support   3

Background
The USMC Training and Education Command (TECOM), Aviation Standards Branch (ASB) has a requirement for contractor support for the Aviation Training System (ATS). ATS is the overarching aviation training structure that integrates and coordinates policy, manpower, equipment, and fiscal requirements for Marine aviation officers and enlisted fleet level training. Contractor support is required to provide technical services and support for ASB in support of its execution of the Marine Corps’ ATS.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide Technical and Analytical Support, T&R Support, CCRM Support, MATSS Support, and Program Management and Administration Support IAW PWS 4.1-4.5. The work includes military flight training scheduling/simulation, training support documentation, collection and management of information and data, conduct of assessments and analysis, participation in information and planning meetings, liaison with training centers, periodic briefings and reports.

Period of Performance
The contract requires 12 months of performance for each task area (Technical & Analytical Support, T&R Support, CCRM Support, MATSS Support, Program Management), with an option for an additional 12 months for each task area.

Place of Performance
Efforts in support of ATS will be accomplished at various Marine Corps Air Stations (MCAS) located both in the Continental United States (CONUS) and outside (OCONUS), including locations in North Carolina, South Carolina, Arizona, California, Japan, Virginia.
