Description

This notice is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 for the award of Contract W90BRJ-22-C-0006. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations and a solicitation will not be issued for this requirement.

The Army Contracting Command Rock Island (ACC-RI) awards a Sole Source Contract W90BRJ-22-C-0006 to Vinnell Arabia Company for the performance of Aviation Training Support Services in support of the Saudi Arabian Ministry of the National Guard (MNG). The Contractor shall support MNG by procuring equipment, supplies, and services for MNG Aviation.

Contract W90BRJ-22-C-0006 is a Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract and was not awarded competitively.

The period of performance for this contract is a one (1) year base period with three (3), four-month option periods. The contract also includes a six-month Option to Extend Services IAW FAR 52.217-8. FAR 52.237-3, Continuity of Services, is also included in this contract.

Periods of Performance are as follows:

Base Year: 01 January 2022 31 December 2022

Option Period 1: 01 January 2023 30 April 2023

Option Period 2: 01 May 2023 30 August 2023

Option Period 3: 01 September 2023 31 December 2023

FAR 52.217-8 Option: 01 January 2024 30 June 2024
