T he U.S. Coast Guard, COCO, Director of Operational Logistics (DOL-9), Base Procurement and Contracting (DOL-95), will acquire the services outlined in the solicitation utilizing procedures in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures forCertain Commercial Items.
