This amendment is to notify prospective contractors of the delay to the Mission and Installation Contracting Command -Yuma Proving Ground (MICC-YPG) posting of the Aviation Support Services (AVSS) Solicitation W9124R-24-R-0001, with performance location at Yuma Proving Ground, Yuma, Arizona. The Government is anticipating publishing before the end of June 2024 and will not be publishing an additional Pre-Solicitation Notice.

This announcement is to notify prospective contractors that Mission and Installation Contracting Command -Yuma Proving Ground (MICC-YPG) will be posting a requirement for Aviation Support Services with performance location at Yuma Proving Ground, Yuma, Arizona under the solicitation W9124R-24-R-0001.

The Solicitation will be published on or around 19 March 2024, for approximately 30 days under the Product Service Code of J015 and NAICS Code of 488190 Other Support Activities for Air Transportation. This solicitation is set aside for Service Disadvantaged Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).

MICC-YPG has a requirement for the United States Army Test and Evaluation Command, Yuma Proving Ground for Aviation Support Services (AVSS) to provide administration, management, and operational support in the areas of Ground and Flight Operations, Aviation Maintenance, and Airfield services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform AVSS.
