Background

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of all resources necessary to furnish the items listed in the Description/Specification/Work Statement in Section C. The work includes core contract requirements for the base period and option periods, as well as Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirements.
The estimated costs for each CLIN are provided.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract includes a phase-in period not exceeding sixty (60) days, a base period of twenty-four (24) months, option period 1 of twenty-four (24) months, option period 2 of twelve (12) months, and a five (5) year ordering period for the IDIQ component.

Place of Performance
The Contractor shall perform the work at the ASRS facility and at other locations as directed by the Contracting Officer.
